he has a guarantee, enquire into it if all you say is legit, he should refund some or all like his WEB PAGE STATES...if your tracking number says it arrived, then they need to trace it as a phone numbere is needed. Resend all tracing info and mention guarantee and see what happens.

I communicate with him very politely. - Initially he replied and wanted me to fill out the info to trace the package. - I had replied back with all the info they had requested filled in correctly - I usually take a screenshot/picture of the original mailing label with my phone. - After I had done the above info, they replied back saying they are unable to trace my order?? - The mailing label tracking # clearly mentioned item delivered to recipient on Sep 17th. - Since then, no replies from them! - WEIRD! are you being a dick in your emails? if I am poltie in my emails...I have generally gotten a response..You need to have them trace your package. I have had it done twice. you need to send them the following info:Your Name; Your Email Addy; Adress; Products Ordered; Method of Payment; Amount Sent $; Adress You Mailed To; and the **Tracking Number from your Xpressposr Mailing Slip** (if you dont have this dont bother sending anything). I had my order sent out after it was traced. Hope You get it!
