they tell me its a free trial then they send me a free trial wich is 拢2.90 postage so that to me is not free . then i return their goods through the same postal address system which they then say did not arrive . they send me another package which i did not agree to so was I returned this to sender which yet again allegedly did not arrive . their customer service is appalling, shocking and rude . when i ask them why they are sending me a bill for 26 pounds for something i did not agree to. if they had told me that the free sample was 拢2.90 i would have said no as that to me is not free .then im told that if you agree to the free trial you have agreed to their subscription! they send out more of their products with out even obtaining bank details (what company in their right mind would send goods without payment details!) my own personal opinion is to stay away from this company. They use bullying tactics to push their products onto people without making their terms clear and concise.

I completely disagree with the above comment. I have been a customer of Flinndal for over a year and they offer very good service, and my omega3 is always on time and at a good price.

No ! Not at all. How they conduct their business is illicit and should be made illegal. They treat cutomers like dogs. Bullying is not the way to persuasion to use their product.
